do customers enter their card details?
No. Customers pay from their own Hong Kong bank app by FPS: HSBC, Hang Seng, Bank of China and more, authorised in the app. There are no card numbers, and no chargebacks.
do I need a developer to use divit?
FPS by divit installs on Wix with Wix Velo, and our team guides you through it. Xero, QuickBooks and WooCommerce connect with no install at all.
how do refunds work?
Refunds are processed in the divit Merchant Portal, and the payment status flows back so your records stay in sync.
how much does divit cost?
divit charges 0.75% + HK$2.00 per FPS transaction, compared with around 3.40% + HK$2.35 for credit cards. On a HK$1,000 order that’s HK$9.50 instead of HK$36.35, a saving of about 2.65% on every sale. There are no setup or monthly fees.
