the hong kong monetary authority (hkma) launched the faster payment system (fps) on 17 september 2018. fps enables customers to make instant payments from their bank account or e-wallet 24/7 year round - why should i use divit?

absolutely yes. divit only accepts fps payments which you make with your secure mobile banking app.
we are also a licensed hong kong money lender (no.0451/2024), regulated under the money lenders ordinance of hong kong (chapter 163) by the companies registry and the hong kong police force. you may find our registered license here

pay now is our fps payment solution.
you can pay by scanning a qr code or payment link, using your preferred mobile banking app. it’s fast, safe and instant - who can use divit?

there are 3 ways to pay with fps by divit:
1. pay by scanning a qr code
2. pay by importing a qr code
3. pay by fps id manual input via your preferred banking app
refund
- how can i get a refund?
if you wish to request for a refund, please contact your merchant to initiate refunds. we recommend providing a screen capture of your payment of proof to the merchant upon request. when we receive the merchant instruction, we will refund directly back to your fps account.
fee
- are there any service fees?
for selected merchants, a service fee may be charged to keep prices low. - are there any late fees?
for those using pay later, your 2nd and 3rd later payments may be subject to late fees if they are more than 5 days late. our late fees are capped at hkd100 per late payment. - are there any hidden fees?
no, we don’t believe in keeping secrets and we don’t believe in annual fees or account keeping fees.
pay later
- what is pay later?
pay later is our interest free fps payment solution that allows you to buy now and pay for purchases over three interest-free monthly payments. your 1st payment initiates the transaction and your 2nd and. 3rd payments are set at 30 and 60 days from the date of purchase. if you have problems paying, please contact us here.
divit tip: we enable you to set a reminder on your pay day to help you avoid late fees and pay on time. - who can use divit pay later?
hong kong residents aged 18 or over above with an fps account. we’ll need to verify your hkid, mobile number and email address. - why do you need to verify my hkid?
if you are using pay later, as a regulated hong kong money lender, we are required to conduct kyc. - can i trust divit?
absolutely yes. divit only accepts fps payments which you make with your secure mobile banking app.
