how does getting paid over whatsapp work?
You send your customer an FPS payment request over WhatsApp, from your own business WhatsApp account or WhatsApp Web. They tap it, pay from their own banking app with Face ID or fingerprint, and a paid confirmation goes straight back to them in the chat.
how much does divit cost?
You pay just 0.75% + HK$2.00 per transaction. There are no setup fees and no monthly fees: the integrations are free, and the per-transaction fee is the only charge.
is it safe, and are there chargebacks?
FPS payments are bank-authorised push payments, so there is no chargeback mechanism. Your customer authorises the payment in their own banking app, and funds settle to your bank T+1, the next business day.
how do I set it up?
Sign up free at admin.divit.com.hk/en/signup/ with your BR and bank account details, then connect your WhatsApp. There is no setup needed on divit’s side.
