what is Flowclass?
Flowclass is an open-source operations platform for education businesses such as tuition centres, academies and schools, covering enrolment, scheduling, invoicing and payments. FPS by divit is built in as a native payment method.
how do I turn on FPS by divit in Flowclass?
Create a free divit account, copy your Production API key, and add it in your Flowclass payment settings. FPS by divit then appears at enrolment checkout. There is nothing to install.
how do students pay?
At checkout the student chooses FPS by divit and pays from their own bank app in a few clicks. No card number is entered, and there is no payment receipt to upload or verify by hand.
do I need a developer?
No. Enabling divit is just pasting your API key into Flowclass. Flowclass is open source on GitHub if your team wants to see how the integration works.
how do refunds work?
Refunds are processed in the divit Merchant Portal. Payment status and reconciliation flow back into Flowclass automatically.
how much does divit cost?
divit charges 0.75% + HK$2.00 per FPS transaction, compared with around 3.40% + HK$2.35 for credit cards. On a HK$500 enrolment that’s HK$5.75 instead of HK$36.35, a saving of about 2.65% on every payment. There are no setup or monthly fees.
